VIOLATION APPEALS

All residents and guests must obey the Association governing documents.  The Association enforces rules and regulations pursuant to Florida Statutes, bylaws and Rules, Procedures and Information handbook.

The Association offers a method of appeal should you believe that your violation be unwarranted.  

To start an appeal, open a helpdesk ticket and select type: Violations Appeal

1. Go to https://helpdesk.aventuraisleshoa.com/mytickets/create# 

2. Fill out form

3. For "Type"; select "Speeding Fines Appeals" for speeding fines or "Violations Appeal" for other fines

4. For "Details"; Please be as detailed as possible, I will present your argument to the Grievance Committee on the day of the meeting. This meeting is your only opportunity to have the fine waived. You can still attend the meeting even after you submit your appeal. 

5. You may attach any documents that you believe can support your statements if you desire.

Commence the appeal process.

Once a hearing for your violations has been scheduled, the Association will notify you via email and regular mail of the meeting date. This is your only chance to appeal the fine. Appealing a Fine doesn't mean the FINE will be waived or forgiven.
