Party Registration

Party, or event, registration can be completed online at:  forms.gle/QTV3eMP9TmbdrNWs8

Management will contact you upon reviewing the registration information and confirm anything that must be done prior to or following the party.

Bear in mind that registration must be completed no less than five business days prior to the party to ensure that you are approved.  Management and vendors must have time to review and assist in any preparations including inspection of the area and making temporary adjustments to the irrigation system.

Some of the rules associated with parties are as follows:

MANDATORY PARTY AND EVENT REGISTRATION

Residents must pre-arrange all parties and events with Management no less than five business days prior to the activity if the activity will have five or more vehicles entering the Community.

Residents will be required to pay an administrative fee of $100 for any unapproved activities in addition to any other violations that occur.

GUARDS REQUIRED FOR PARTIES WITH TEN OR MORE VEHICLES

Residents are required to pay for an additional guard to assist in parking and other related matters pertaining to the approved events at the resident’s house for all events that have seven or more vehicles entering and remaining in the Community during the event. The rate shall be no more than the contractual overtime hourly rate between the Association and the security company and must cover the time-frame that guests will be arriving at a minimum of three hours.  Management will assist in the scheduling of the necessary guards.  Management must be contacted at least five business days prior to the event.

An administrative fee of $500 will be assessed for any activity that does not arrange for a guard prior to the event.

PETTING ZOOS, BOUNCE HOUSES, PARTY TENTS, MISC. PARTY EQUIPMENT

The Association must approve petting zoos, bounce houses, party tents, and other forms of large party equipment before any item or animal is brought into the Community.

No such animals or party items are permitted, and therefore cannot be installed, on the common areas of the Association at any time.

Security is authorized and shall refuse entry to any party equipment vendors, to include those bringing animals into the Community, without express written notice from Management.

No parties or events are permitted in the park land.  If residents use the parks, then the public must be permitted to do the same at the expense of the Association to clean and repair.

Contact the Management Office for party-related arrangements.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all of the other rules and regulations.
